What it does
Sprint Planning Agent is a Kanban board with a planning assistant attached. You describe a goal, upload the documents behind it (a PRD, a strategy memo, a spreadsheet of requirements), and the assistant drafts a full plan: epics, the sprints that deliver them, and the tasks inside each sprint, assigned against the capacity and skills of the team you have set up.
Nothing lands on the board without approval. Every write the assistant wants to make appears as a pending action you can accept, revise with feedback, or reject. Composite plans can be approved task by task. Reads, such as searching the board or a document, run silently.
Other capabilities:
- Document knowledge. Uploaded PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, and code are parsed and turned into a small knowledge graph the assistant can search and you can visualize.
- Board state in every call. The assistant always sees the current roster, epics, sprints, and task counts, so a plan reflects what already exists.
- Board audit. One click asks the assistant to review the whole board for gaps, overloads, and stale items.
- Export. Take the plan out as JSON, Markdown, or CSV.
Who it's for
- Marketing and RevOps leads who run quarterly plans as sprints and want the first draft of the breakdown done from the planning docs, not from a blank board.
- Founders managing a small team across several workstreams who need capacity-aware scheduling without a project-management platform.
- Anyone running a GTM launch with a dozen documents and no single plan that ties them together.
How it works
- Set up the team. Add members with skills and weekly capacity. The assistant plans against these numbers.
- Upload the source material. Drop in the documents that define the work. They become searchable knowledge.
- Ask for a plan. Describe the goal and timeframe. The assistant proposes epics, sprints, and tasks.
- Approve, revise, or reject. Review each proposed action. Send feedback on anything that is wrong and get a revised proposal.
- Run the board. Drag tasks across columns, audit the board when things drift, and export when you need the plan somewhere else.
The app is in the queue for public launch on its subdomain. Join the waitlist on the launcher to be notified when it opens.
