A playbook that keeps up with the field

Objections, competitor moves and winning answers get tagged as they happen and turned into playbook changes you approve, with the calls behind them.

A week in sales enablement, before and after

  1. Mon 9:00
The playbook was last edited before the pricing change. Nobody is sure which pages still apply.
A digest lists the playbook sections contradicted by recent calls, with the calls attached.
  2. Tue 10:30
A new hire shadows calls for two weeks to learn how objections are handled.
The new hire reads the objection guide, each entry linked to a real call where it was handled well.
  3. Wed 14:00
Battle cards live in a deck someone updates quarterly.
Battle-card rows are drafted from competitor mentions as they land and approved by enablement.
  4. Thu 11:00
A great discovery call happens and nobody outside the deal hears it.
The call is tagged as an exemplar and appears in the onboarding path.
  5. Fri 16:00
The enablement report counts sessions delivered.
The report shows which playbook entries reps opened and which objections still lack a good answer.

What stays under your control

The promises that hold on every engagement, and the ones we do not make on this one.

On every engagement

  • Outputs cite the document or conversation they came from, so a person can check before acting.
  • A person approves anything that reaches a customer or writes to a system of record.
  • Delivery is Slack, email or a document you own. Other channels are not offered.
  • Fixed price, agreed before we start. Nothing numeric is published on this site.

The work runs on the TurnkeyGTM platform where it fits, and on plain software where it does not.

Not promised here

  • Playbook and battle-card changes are proposals until you approve them.
  • We do not measure rep performance or score individuals; the record is about the content, not the people.
  • Workshops are delivered live and are not recorded for publication.

How an engagement runs

One call to scope it, one fixed price to approve, one build you can trust before it goes live, then a handover.

The full process
  1. 1

    Scope the work

A thirty-minute call on what your team does by hand every week, where the information lives, and who needs the output.

  2. 2

    Fixed price, ROI up front

You get a written proposal with a fixed price and an honest estimate of the hours it gives back.

  3. 3

    Build beside your process

We design and build the automation and run it next to the manual version until the outputs match and you trust them.

  4. 4

    Hand over, keep it running

Documentation and runbooks so your team owns it.

A thirty-minute call is enough to know whether it is worth automating. Fixed price, agreed before we start.
