Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in. It gives you a snapshot of your knowledge base, highlights what needs attention, and lets you jump into common tasks with one click.
Key metrics
At the top of the dashboard, four metric cards summarize up to 100 loaded entities. These are a limited snapshot, not whole-graph totals; filtering can return fewer than 100 even when more entities exist. Trends and type breakdown use the same snapshot.
- Loaded Entities — The number of entities returned in this snapshot.
- Entity Types — How many distinct categories occur in the loaded entities.
- Added This Week — Loaded entities created in the last seven days.
- Most Referenced — The highest reference count among the loaded entities.
The dashboard does not report plan usage: a limited entity snapshot cannot measure your plan capacity.
Quick actions
Three buttons give you fast access to the most common tasks:
- Add Knowledge — Opens the upload flow so you can add a new document, paste text, or import from a URL.
- Ask Knowledge Base — Opens Chat so you can ask a question across everything in your knowledge base.
- Create Entity — Lets you manually create a new entity (useful for adding a company or person that has not appeared in a document yet).
30-day trend chart
A line chart shows entity growth over the past 30 days. Use it to spot patterns in how actively your team is contributing. A flat line might mean it is time to upload fresh content.
Recent activity feed
The activity feed shows the last eight actions taken in your workspace, such as:
- Documents uploaded and processed
- Entities created or updated
- Artifacts generated
- Chat questions asked
Click any item in the feed to jump directly to the related entity, document, or artifact.
System alerts
At the bottom of the dashboard, system alerts flag items that need your attention:
- Pending Review — The number of newly extracted entities waiting for you to confirm or dismiss. Reviewing these keeps your knowledge base accurate.
- Stale Entities — Approved entities last validated more than 30 days ago. The check scans up to 500 records and returns up to 50 stale entities, so the displayed count is not a whole-graph total. Entities with no validation date are not included.
Entity type breakdown
A breakdown chart shows the distribution of entities by type (e.g., 40% People, 25% Companies, 15% Products, 20% Themes). This helps you understand the composition of your knowledge base at a glance and spot gaps. If you have many people but few products, for example, you might want to upload more product-focused documents.
