Introducing TurnkeyGTM

The platform we built under the working name Upstream now ships as TurnkeyGTM. One home at turnkeygtm.com, a directory, a resources hub, and six free tools.

For the past year we have been building a GTM Intelligence platform under the working name Upstream. Today it ships under the name it will keep: TurnkeyGTM.

This post covers what changed, what did not, and what is now available at turnkeygtm.com.

Why the name

"Turnkey" was already the differentiator we led with. Every GTM tool asks you to do extra work before it pays off: tag the records, maintain the dashboard, write the prompts, configure the integration. We built the platform so that the work a team already does (calls, documents, deal reviews, competitive research) is the input, and the intelligence comes out the other side without a setup phase. The name says that directly.

The category has not changed. We are building for GTM Intelligence: compound intelligence for growth teams, where doing the work is building the knowledge. The tagline stays too.

Compound intelligence for growth teams.

What is at turnkeygtm.com

The rebrand is also a restructure. Everything now lives under one domain, and the site has three new public surfaces.

The directory: /directory/

The AI GTM tools directory that previously lived on its own domain is now at turnkeygtm.com/directory. It is an editorial reference: category hubs, tool profiles, and neutral head-to-head comparisons, with the methodology and first-party ownership disclosure published on the methodology page. Category hubs cover AI go-to-market tools, AI sales tools, AI marketing tools, revenue AI tools, call intelligence tools, competitive intelligence tools, AI SDR tools, and GTM engineering tools.

The directory's voice is neutral and the platform's is not, so the two stay separate: comparisons involving TurnkeyGTM itself never appear in the directory.

The resources hub: /resources/

A new library of value-first content in three types, each with its own index:

The glossary and the blog carry over unchanged, with the same URLs.

Free tools on subdomains

The apps we built alongside the platform now ship as TurnkeyGTM products, each on its own subdomain and each free to use. Two are live today:

Four more are in the launch queue, with waitlists open on their launcher pages:

  • Knowledge Graph Builder: research a topic in chat and approve it, node by node, into an interactive graph.
  • Context Factory: a content engine that extracts your business facts from conversation, reviews them, and grounds every draft in them.
  • Sprint Planning Agent: epics, sprints, and tasks drafted from your documents, approved before they touch the board.
  • WebXD Agent: working HTML, CSS, and JavaScript prototypes from a brief, with a live preview and a refinement loop.

Each of these carries a "powered by TurnkeyGTM" mark and links back here.

What did not change

The platform itself. Organizational Memory, Intelligent Chat, the Artifact Engine, Smart Ingestion, Canvas, and the Sprint Planner are the same capabilities they were last week, under the same customer-facing names. Existing links to the blog, the glossary, and the support articles keep working. The RSS feed keeps its item URLs.

The thesis has not changed either. The average B2B team runs 12 to 20 GTM tools at 42% utilization, and the most useful thing those tools collect, what buyers actually say, stays trapped in whichever one recorded it. The platform extracts that knowledge from the work, connects it across sales, marketing, and product, and cites every answer back to its source. The hundredth call a team runs through it makes the first ninety-nine more useful. That is the compound part, and it is the whole reason the company exists.

What comes next

The platform is not open for general signup yet. If you want to be in the first cohort, join the waitlist. We will onboard in small groups so that every team gets a real answer to "what did my last quarter of calls actually say?" rather than an empty dashboard.

In the meantime, the free tools, the directory, and the resources hub are open to everyone. Use them, and tell us what is missing.

Thanks for following along under the old name. Same platform, same category, better name.
